support that a company provides to its customers determines its future, that is, whether it survives or not. We
have been in business since 1995; quite an accomplishment for any
business and we couldn't of done it without keeping our customers happy
by providing them with the level of service that can only meet our high
standards.

Computer Repair

In-Store (Carry In)
Our staff has decades of combined
experience and can repair any brand of computer you may have, if there
are parts available of course. If your computer is not working
properly bring it in and we will run a full set of diagnostics and
report to you the results and our recommendations. There is no
charge for diagnostics if you choose to repair the problem and most of
the repairs that we perform have flat labor rates.

On-Site
If for some reason it is not
convenient or possible for you to bring your computer problem to us then we
will travel to you. We have flat hourly rates that are very
reasonable and flexible schedules which allows us to usually come out
the same day you make the call.

Printer Repair
Every once in a while you may experience a problem with your printer and
we can help with that too. We would like to be able to service
very type of printer, however, most models of ink printers are not
serviceable due to the unavailability of parts and their very low cost.
It is generally recommended that you simply replace the unit if your ink
printer stops working. You will be glad to note that we can work
on most laser and impact (dot matrix) printers and of course we can come
to you.

Warranties
We can extend the warranty on just about anything you purchase from us
as well as on computer systems that you may have purchased at another
store that has since went out of business. Our extended warranty
prices are very reasonable and a must have, especially on our notebook
lines.

Programming
There are many companies that require software packages that do more
than what is available in the retail market so to better serve those
customers and their needs we now provide custom software development
services. We can custom build an application or modify an existing
one and we can also build advanced Excel worksheets and Access
databases. |
